Hello my Loves, I hope you’re all doing well on this beautiful Sunday.
This year, for some reason, I’m the first to step into a festive spirit, I know things were hectic and crazy this year so maybe I’m in a hurry to end it and just start with a brand new year. Maybe it’s the fact that we’re now kind of settled in our new home just before all the Christmas craziness begins and that makes me feel so calm and at peace. I can’t really wait to start a fire in our fireplace, bake some cookies, decorate our Christmas tree and all that jazz.
In honor of that, I decided to create quite a festive post with the products that I’m using with my La Roche Posay of course. I have to say that I have really sensitive skin and I’m actually careful when picking cleansing gels, moisturizers, face masks, etc. For some reason, Elemis really suits my skin and their products look rather delicious.
To start, Elemis just launched their new Superfood face butter which not only cleans your skin but it also brightens it up, makes your skin smooth like butter, it protects but at the same time moisturizes your skin. So it’s all in all a win-win situation.
I use it every single Sunday when I have my pampering day if Bond (which is my dog) actually allows me 😀
Then we have a product that I use every single night which is Elemis Pro-collagen cleansing balm. It is amazing how you feel after you use it. I personally first cleanse my skin with some micellar water and then apply the balm on the dry skin, leave it o work its magic and then remove it with a cloth that actually comes with it. It’s the most satisfying feeling in the world! Then I proceed using my cleansing gel from La oche Posay.
And last but not least, I started using their night cream, Pro-collagen overnight matrix, but to be honest I stopped because it actually clogged my pores and left me with little pimples on my forehead :/ And just when you think you actually found a great night moisturizer. But I decided to go back to nature and I started using argan oil which was always a solution to everything for me.
I really hope you liked this post and I would also love to hear if you’re using any of the Elemis products that I just shared 🙂
