Rock that black midi skirt girl!

To start with ‘’I have nothing to wear’’ sentence (this is just us girls talking, because we never have enough to wear of course), black is always a solution. It goes with everything, so perfectly that my soul hurts!

As I said in my latest post, my taste in clothing has changed so much… you have no idea. I started to wear black in winter I think, my roommates and my mother noticed it and always asked me what’s going on with me, they thought I was going to become gothic! #lovethatidea! But obviously I didn’t become one! I just started to notice that black compliments my hair color and really highlights my ”gingerness”, so I became sucker for black. It is such an authoritative and powerful color, and every time I wear all black I feel like Morticia Addams! I seriously have an enormous girl crush on her!

To neglect my lesbian predilections #didijustwritethat? Here are 5 ways to wear simple black midi skirt:

1. Look

Make it classy!

Tuck any shirt you have in! In my case I tucked my mother’s vintage shirt and combined whole look with simple black sandals. If you’re not a tucker you can put your shirt over the skirt and show you layering skills!

2. Look

Make it Metallica!

I’m not really a fan of Metallica but I L O V E art on their shirts!

3. Look

Have yourselves a Morticia Addams moment!

Dive into those black girl!

4. Look

Make it super simple

Tuck those whites in!

5. Look

Make it oversized

denim oversized jacket is my love right now. But you have to be careful; you always need to find balance when wearing oversized anything. In my case I’m wearing oversized denim jacked and bodycon off the shoulder top and slim skirt. You see what I’m doing here? Slim but oversized!

I hope this post gives you an inspiration to buy yourself a simple black midi skirt, trust me you need one. I bought mine in H&M for 5.00 €.
